From February 19 to March 1, 2024, R1 Sports proudly took part in one of the country’s most prestigious amateur golf events, the 75th PAL Interclub Golf Tournament.
Team Apo Golf & Country Club from Davao City and Team Britannika Golf from South Cotabato wore R1 Dri-Fit polo shirts as their official team uniforms throughout the tournament. Seeing our performance apparel represented on such a competitive stage was a defining moment for the brand.
The tournament was hosted across two renowned championship venues: Pueblo de Oro Golf & Country Club in Cagayan de Oro and Del Monte Golf Club in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Both courses provided a demanding test of skill, discipline, and composure.
For R1, this milestone was about more than apparel. It was about standing alongside serious competitors on a national platform. It was proof that our commitment to quality, structure, and performance could confidently take its place among the country’s most respected golf institutions.
